WHY ME?

I'm Lauren Flowers, LMFT. I've been in private practice working with NLP since 2019.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas, trained in NLP, Huna, Hypnotherapy, Recode, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.

I’m certified to certify others in NLP, MER®, and Hypnotherapy.

But more importantly: I'm a practitioner first. I see clients. I have sessions that go sideways. I've sat with the "did I just mess that up?" feeling. I've had to pivot mid-session more times than I can count.

This isn't guru energy. This is practitioner-to-practitioner energy. I've just been doing it a while longer, so I can help you navigate what's coming.

I'm not a licensed clinician - can I still join?

Yes! While most members are licensed therapists, coaches who work with NLP are absolutely welcome. The work transcends the credentials, and the credentials require additional nuance. We're all in this together.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and uploaded within 48 hours, repackaged & titled by my amazing assistant. Many members return to the recordings again and again.

How is this different from Facebook groups or free forums?

This is curated, organized, and led by someone who's been in practice for years. No endless scrolling for answers. No conflicting advice from people who've never used the technique. No comments to wade through from the just-graduated-and-oddly-confident or the seasoned-but-sort-of-rude-about-it practitioners. Just clear, applicable, kind-hearted support... even if I get spicy sometimes.

What if I'm brand new to seeing clients?
