You've invested in the training.
You know the techniques.
You've practiced in training, traded with practitioners, and brought the work into your client sessions.
But then you're in session and:
The client can't find the root event
Parts work isn't landing the way it did in training
You're second-guessing yourself between sessions
ChatGPT can’t answer, “What do I do when this specific thing happens with this specific client?”
You're not looking for another certification.
You're looking for someone who's been doing this work, in session, with real humans, who can say "oh yeah, here's what that is and here's what I do."
This is your ongoing support system. A membership for NLP Master Practitioners (clinicians and coaches) who are actually using this work with clients.
Live Weekly Q&A Calls
Bring your real cases, your stuck sessions, your "what would you do here?" questions. I show up, we work through it together, and you leave with clarity.
Organized Video Library
Every call is recorded, repackaged into video segments, and carefully titled so you can find exactly what you need in under two minutes. Search by technique, client presentation, or that thing you remember hearing about but can't quite recall.
Three Core Areas:
NLP Techniques Deep Dives - Mastering and troubleshooting the how
The Practitioner-Client Journey - The relational, human side of the work
Practice & Business Building - Running your practice with integrity
A Community That Gets It
Other practitioners who are in the rooms with clients, who understand the weight of holding space, and who normalize doubt and celebrate breakthroughs!
“I wanted to give you a hug! Not for you, but for me. Thank you”
— Reader Reflection

I'm Lauren Flowers, LMFT. I've been in private practice working with NLP since 2019.
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas, trained in NLP, Huna, Hypnotherapy, Recode, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.
I’m certified to certify others in NLP, MER®, and Hypnotherapy.
But more importantly: I'm a practitioner first. I see clients. I have sessions that go sideways. I've sat with the "did I just mess that up?" feeling. I've had to pivot mid-session more times than I can count.
This isn't guru energy. This is practitioner-to-practitioner energy. I've just been doing it a while longer, so I can help you navigate what's coming.
And yes, I can provide continuing education credits in Texas and many other states and countries (and we're exploring NBCC approval for broader CE access).

This membership is built on one core value above all others: Compassion for the Practitioner.
Most spaces focus on compassion for the client (as they should), but they quietly exploit the practitioner.
Here, we honor the emotional and nervous system load of being the one who holds space.
We normalize exhaustion, doubt, and complexity. There is no shame for "not knowing."
You are human first, practitioner second.
If that resonates, you belong here.
Yes! While most members are licensed therapists, coaches who work with NLP are absolutely welcome. The work transcends the credentials, and the credentials require additional nuance. We're all in this together.
Every call is recorded and uploaded within 48 hours, repackaged & titled by my amazing assistant. Many members return to the recordings again and again.
This is curated, organized, and led by someone who's been in practice for years. No endless scrolling for answers. No conflicting advice from people who've never used the technique. No comments to wade through from the just-graduated-and-oddly-confident or the seasoned-but-sort-of-rude-about-it practitioners. Just clear, applicable, kind-hearted support... even if I get spicy sometimes.
Perfect. That's exactly when you need this most. The practitioners who join early in their practice trajectory feel the most supported.
If you're in Texas, yes - I can provide CEs as a licensed MFT. We're working on NBCC approval for broader access. Even without formal CEs, many licensing boards accept membership in professional development communities. Check with your own state or country for requirements.
That's what we're here for. Bring it. The more specific, the better. I'm skilled at answering the specific question while also broadening the topic so it's supportive to the whole group, too.
